Ivy Acres RV Park offers full hook-ups on every site with 20, 30 and 50 amp options, water, and sewer. Big rig friendly pull thru sites are available for nightly and weekly guests. No shower, restroom or laundry facilities on site. $50 reservation fee due upon booking, only refunded with 3 or more days notice of cancellation.

Long Term:  Sites ranging from $600 to $800 a month plus power, rental begins at time of booking, 3 month min

Extended Stay:  $800 a month plus power, 1 month minimum

Weekly:  $300 a week, $50 Deposit due when booking

Nightly:  $50.00 a night, $50 Deposit due when booking

*Power included for nightly and weekly rates, not to exceed $25 a week (185kw). Monthly and extended stay rates do not include electricity.

Wi-fi, water, sewer, private picnic tables, full use of 77 acre property including private fishing pond, and 3 miles of hiking trails are included.

We host community events, like bingo or live music at our community picnic shelter and fire pit on the Saluda river. During your stay, you have access to these areas and events, unless reserved for a private party. The shelter has power, running water, sinks, lights and bathrooms.
